Silent Zann film screens this Saturday with live musical accompaniment...

Prepare yourself for the shocking cinematic experience that is "
The Music of Erich Zann!"

Based on a short story by renowned horror writer H.P. Lovecraft, "
The Music of Erich Zann" is a half-hour silent film written and directed by Kyle McCloskey, complete with an original score written by Walker Anderson VII that will be performed live by student musicians!

Follow the young student (Peter Sturtevant) as he moves into a mysterious house at the end of the ominous Rue D'Auseil. Be stunned by his eerie landlady, Madame Blandot (Laura Martin) and the decrepit denizen of the town (Hannah Garner). And watch as he sets out on a quest to unravel the mystery of the man who lives above him, the reclusive mute violinist Erich Zann (Evan Raskin).

Sponsored by the John B. Hurford '60 Humanities Center Student Arts Fund, "The Music of Erich Zann" promises to be a unique film that is sure to give you chills and haunt your dreams!"
