The End is Nigh...

The beginning of October is fast approaching and with it, the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival! I've been covering the festival for some time now, and even attended a few, but as I've reported, this will be the last festival in Portland, Oregon (at least for now)...

I won't be attending this year, but if you have the opportunity, I highly recommend that you do so! The festival is an amazing time, and you'll see films there that you probably won't see anywhere else...

A quick look at the HPLFF website shows that a few more features and shorts have been added since my last update, so here they are (along with a fancy graphic provided by Sarah L. Covert)...

Features:

Pan's Labyrinth by Guillermo del Toro
Primal by Josh Reed

Shorts:

A Pleasing Terror - Canon Albreic's Scrap-Book by Stephen Featherstone
Alice Jacobs is Dead by Alex Horwitz
AM1200 by David Prior (a returning favorite)
Derailed by Nicolas Simonin
