The episode has Coon and Friends (minus The Coon and led by Mysterion) working to help the people in the Gulf who are at the mercy of the dark lord, Cthulhu. Meanwhile, The Coon, scorned by his fellow super heroes and working alone, is out for revenge...
Mysterion Rises features even more Lovecraftian references than last weeks episode (Coon 2: Hindsight) including cultists, the necronomicon and The Coon singing the praises of Cthulhu...
